About a year ago I had a sudden eye issue, and walked into Visionworks without an appointment. Dr. Alzeir and his team were so kind to see me immediately. It was a pretty scary time for me and I wasn’t sure what was happening. Despite that, they made me feel welcomed. I am extremely grateful for the care that the team had given me. Thank you Dr. Alzeir.
Great experience from start to finish! Tali is super efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating (esp with my 3 year old son that tagged along). He made sure I knew exactly what to expect in my appointment and explained my benefits well. Dr. Alzeir was very thorough and personable - he gave me extra time to adjust to my lenses in the midst of seeing multiple patients and I was never rushed. Noah was great with check out, explained everything thoroughly, and was knowledgeable as well. Facility was clean and welcoming! Overall a great experience and would recommend!
The staff were friendly and professional. Noah had helped us and was very easy to talk to and willing to help with anything we needed. They quickly got us in and through everything without a problem.
