My middle school son got hair color highlights here yesterday. We are very satisfied with the service they provided to us in creating the hair we wanted. The salon was clean and the hair washing section was done perfectly to leave no shampoo residue on my son's hair, and they were kind to me and my child. So, after the service was completed, my son's hair did not smell like hair dye or shampoo, and after it was finished, his hair became softer, so we finished the service happily.

Sue was amazing, friendly, gentle and very skillful. She did a wonderful job on my hair. She listens to my hair concernes and takes her time to communicate. I will most definitely recommend her to anyone.

I have been exploring and comparing different hair salon options in the neighborhood in the past 14 years living in Lynnwood/ Alderwood Mall area. I came back to Who Hair since they seem to put forth most effort and dedication in my daughters and my hair. Most recent visit to the salon was on 11/15/2023. I love how the lead stylist and the stylist came together to work on my highlights. They lead stylists has been working there for over 10 years. It’s a privilege to have a such professional stylist in town.
