So, I had a bee issue in my front yard. My first call was to surefire (I had used them before), but they weren't available. Their message said they were short staffed & to text them my info. After a couple of hours, i called around. I wasn't happy with the (put your credit card on file & we'll charge it when we're done). The next day, Surefire texted back & apologized for being out of town. I quickly canceled my other appointment & had them come out. Drew was so excited to see the bees in my yard. We have been incredibly pleased with Surefire’s service over the last few years. They are always quick to respond and their technicians went above and beyond to give us advice on how to solve a rat issue we had.
