Had water damage with asbestos popcorn ceiling. David and his team were very professional and provided high-quality service. They coordinated with my insurance and got the asbestos removed, and the area dried. I would highly recommend them and would use their services again if I need to.

I didn’t end up having any work done, but the entire experience of working with David and the on-site team was very good and worth leaving a review for.The hot water heater in our condo burst, and since it was indoors it flooded an entire bedroom. Flooding and water damage is so stressful, and David really helped alleviate that. He responded to my initial request within a few minutes, took over a dozen calls from me and replied to texts immediately, and got a team out there within a few hours to assess. We contacted Flood MD after a recent water damage due to an internal pipe bust behind our dishwasher. David, Dennis and Andre came over quickly, assessed the situation and established trust with their understanding of the problem and got to work quickly. Our insurance had denied the claim, so we were on a strict budget and Dennis and Andre did a fantastic job within the constraints that we had. They were punctual, respectful and very efficient.
