John is amazing! He was super quick to answer our original phone call in regards to a biohazard bathroom cleaning job, followed-up with us in good timing, and came out for an emergency cleaning same day. Very reasonable prices and clear and detailed with his process. He does other offices in our firm - we highly recommend Royal Janitorial Services!We will be using him again, especially since other offices in our firm enjoy his pricing, him as a person, and his company. We have been very happy with Royal Janitorial Services for our office. I appreciate that the cleaners are actual employees and not contractors. The owner does regular audits to ensure quality and are always responsive to feedback. They have far and away been the best cleaners we have had. Highly recommended.
