Walked in to see if I could get an appointment. Was ignored by the only person who saw me. Looked straight at me then walked around the corner. If you are helping someone you can at least acknowledge a customer so that the other workers are aware someone is there.

Warning!!! You might not get what you want!! I went in to get a touch up on my blond highlights!! Diana dyed my hair brown!! She had done my hair 5 months ago and did exactly what I wanted, so I wrongly assumed I would get the same service! When I told her I did not want brown hair, she did an all over foil, so then I had blond highlights with brown roots! My normal roots are gray colored!! I was shocked and extremely disappointed! She never apologized, but she did not charge me. I had to go have my hair recolored somewhere else, but my hair will not be back to normal for months and months while it grows out! Staff member came out to tell us we couldn't park in front of the store, & when I asked her where to park she said "don't yell at me, I don't know". Why would anyone go to a place for self care whose staff is so uncaring about people?
