I should have given them a review a while ago, they have been my accountant for some time, really liked them. Keith, who is the principal is a lovely human and easy to talk to and very knowledgeable, as is Cynthia. The office manager, Latanya, though, is freakin' amazing - so organized and probably holds the whole thing together. They are great if you don't get into very complex corporate structures or obscure tax laws (such as QSBS rollovers), but once things get complicated, you should move to a bigger firm.
