Got here for a perm. This place was recommended by my friend. Made appt thru phone. She is super fast and let me know how the perm is going to be. I really love the outcome but some of my hair especially back hair did not get curly.
My friend has been a long-time customer here, so I got recommended to come and try a haircut with Julie. The whole experience was great. I didn't have an appointment and thought that I would have to wait, but I was lucky to get served right away by Julie with a very friendly attitude - a HUGE smile. I didn't really know what style I wanted other than keeping the length and a layer in front to frame my face better. Julie took my two requirements and started working on my hair. After about 25 minutes, I got totally transformed. The haircut was just perfect for me. Couldn't really believe it. With wash, shampoo, blow drying and styling, the total amount was $40. Not bad at all. I'll come back for sure. Btw, the salon has two sides. One side is for Julie for women's haircut. The other side is for men's haircut, which is done by a cheerful barber. My friend's husband also goes here for his haircut.
I’ve been visiting Julie Hair the past few years and always had an amazing experience. Me, my mom, sister, Ana’s grandma all get our hair done here. Julie is incredibly kind, warm, and does a great job consulting my hair type. I know when visiting Julie Hair, she’ll take great care to wash, trim, style, and touch up the hairstyle I’m wanting. I also love supporting Korean- American run businesses and appreciate everything she does to make it feel like home and affordable. I’ll be back again.
