If I could leave a zero star review, I would. Dr. M is controlling, NOT gentle at all, crude, self-centered and unkind. He continually talks about inappropriate topics and events he's experienced during the appointment. My sister was supposed to get 5 fillings but, he was 15 minutes late to the appointment, only did one filling and ended the appointment 30 min early saying her mouth is too small (and after looking at the reviews, it seems he says that a lot to get out of doing his job). Do not go to this dentist!

Dr. Mueller and the team have been taking care of my family's dental needs for a couple years now. They're always courteous and professional, and visits are nice and quick. The doctor has done high quality work for us, and is direct and compassionate about dental health needs.

I have been a patient of gentle dental for many years in Bellingham, but last year moved to Seattle so decided to go to Gentle Dental there also. I have been in the office four times now and this last time has pushed me over the edge of needing to find another dentist.I had a cleaning with Dr Mueller for the first time in August, I complained at that time of an ill fitting partial and told him it was causing a great deal of pain. He said he'd take a look at it when I came back in for a check up. I had that check up yesterday. My appointment was for 4 pm, I arrived at 3:45 pm.
