Ryan is great! I have struggled with migraines for years and went from at least two per week down to almost none since I started seeing him. Can't recommend Evergreen Acupuncture enough!
Ryan's practice is my first exposure to dry needling, and he has been fantastic. I've had trapezius and neck tension/pain for several years stemming from an automotive accident, which neither chiropractors nor masseuses could successfully address. While my therapy is still ongoing, Ryan has helped to greatly minimize my symptoms in just a few months, tailoring each session to my specific needs, and recommending PT exercises for home. He is kind, personable, and truly an expert in his field.
One word: Lifesaver
I was in a car accident 2010 and have had major back pain ever since. Per doctors orders, I have tried multiple chiropractors, massage therapists, acupuncturists, and physical therapists. It was finally discovered I had a herniated disc pressing on a nerve. When all those treatments didn't work, I had multiple steroid shots that also didn't work. My quality of life was not good, I was missing so much time with my family. Since none of the treatment was working, ortho told me the only thing left was back surgery which I didn't want, especially since I am only in my 40s. .
