Working with Brad to sell my home was absolutely one of the best decisions I've ever made. The largest transaction of my life, so many unknowns; it was important to choose an agent who was competent and committed.Brad blew those expectations away.He answered every question (sometimes multiple times) in an easy-going, educated manner. He was never impatient or upset, even when I thought things were stressful. He came up with multiple solutions to problems seemingly overnight. As first time home buyers we didn’t know what we didn’t know. Brad informed us on the market, the home buying process, the ins and outs of making offers, etc. He took his time to thoroughly explain every detail to us and didn’t make us feel like we were rushed or a burden for asking questions. In the end we found our home after ~5 months. Which is amazing in this market! Brad was FANTASTIC at communicating with the selling agents to get as much information as possible to help us put in a strong and competitive offer(s). We are so thankful to have worked with Brad.

Brad is an excellent buyer's agent! As a first-time home buyers, he made the process very easy to navigate. He is proactive, thoughtful, detail-oriented, kind, creative, and an excellent communicator.We were looking for a home during a very competitive time, and lost out on a handful of offers before finding our home. Nevertheless, Brad was optimistic, patient, and determined to find us the right home. When our offer was accepted, Brad negotiated favorable terms for us. We're lucky to have found Brad!
