Cori prepared us for buying a house in a way other people did not. Before we even started looking at houses together, she and Rory walked us through the entire buying process including paperwork, buying considerations, and strategies for making an offer. Based on previous experience, we knew this was going make the offer process so much smoother and less stressful when we finally did find a house. After 2 months of focused searching, we found a house for which we wanted to make an offer. Armed with prior knowledge of the strategy, and with Cori and Rory’s coaching, we were able to quickly agree on an offer with escalation considerations. My husband and I moved to Washington in late 2008 (2008!
