Mike H and Edder H worked at our house today and did an unbelievable job. They were thorough and paid attention to every detail as they were installing splits, they were friendly and super communicative. Super professional and they left our house looking tidy and clean after all the work!
We are in the middle of moving and selling our beloved home, and thru the inspection process, the buyer requested that the furnace be serviced. We called Ballard as they installed it in 2003. I was impressed by the timely communication that occurred after the appointment was made. Justin was the person who came out and serviced the furnace and he was very thorough and efficient as well. I would definitely recommend Ballard Natural Gas Service for anyone needing furnace service.

Amy worked through the scheduling with grace since we were planning travel around the same time. It made for a pleasant experience. Lastly Humberto is a true professional technician. Clean install and he walked me through the furnace and thermostat operations which I understood clearly.
