Had a new furnace installed. Prior furnace was 20 years old and leaking gas. Meanwhile Alex was fantastic: he installed the new unit and thermostat in under 3 hours and everything works well now. Alex walked me through all the parts to ensure that if anything happened I'd know how to handle it, or at the very least could describe it to him over the phone. Excellent work!
Scheduled an appointment online to diagnose an issue with our gas furnace. Their technician, Austin, arrived as requested. He quickly resolved the issue with our gas furnace. They will be our goto natural gas service co. now.
Had a heat pump installed. Quick, easy, and transparent process. Staff were all considerate and professional. Shout out to Kevin, Alex, Aaron and Tyler.
