A Pet Parlor

I had been going to pet parlor for over two years for my two dogs. My black lab for nail cuts and my Maltese to get groomed. They were always so friendly and even addressed them by name and always did exactly what I asked. The last time I went the new worker muzzled my black lab who is 15 years old, he can't even bark anymore and limps which is beyond unacceptable since they never have done that before and he is not an aggressive dog. Very upsetting that I can no longer trust them with my dogs.

Pet Parlor is my preferred grooming spot for my mini goldendoodle. I used to take him to an alternative spot, but they charged nearly double for the same service. I feel like they really take care to know what you are expecting out of the groom. I reduced by one star because the last two times I’ve dropped him off, they didn’t call me when he was finished and I had to call in at the 3-hour mark to check if he was done. Regardless, he always comes back looking fresh and smelling clean. My favorite is when they give his tail a little lion puff at the end! Attached a before and after photo of his groom.

I like this place. Rather, I want to like it. Our experience has been good but I was told to go elsewhere today because of my dogs anxiety. While they're pretty terse on the phone and don't return emails, they always treated my dog well; at least to my knowledge. We'll be going to another place but I'm sure your experience will be better! They have a great following so they're clearly doing things well. Check them out!
