On 04/11/2023, The older gentle who was working at 2:45am in the Rocket 176 convience store is a very respectful and courteous individual and even though two Hispanic males one wearing a blue coat and the other wear a black coat approximate age early 30's driving a aqua-blue 80's van came into the store left and then came back and entered the store while my significant other and I were exiting the Rocket, he still gave those undeceive individuals a greeting with a courteous smile! I’ve come three different times now to this store early morning as I work late and three times the attendee has had a sign on the door saying closed til 4:05 am at wich this time I’m typing this has this store closed for well over an hour. This is supposed to be 24 hours and I either walk or ride a bike over a mile to get there. Either you need two employees or your one cannot close for over an hour. Have come here now times than I can Count over the last 20’years but this will be the last. Riding another mile at 3am sick is the last thing I need or want to do. Horrible customer service as he just looks at me standing out here also. SMH

There was a mishap with their pump today that kept charging me even after the flow of gas stopped. Luckily it was only a few dollars and the employee, Ray, was kind & fair. He quickly solved the problem, this place values their customers ?
