Glass Guru was professional and friendly from the beginning to end of the process. I had two broken windows. One a panel of glass on the deck, and one a double paned Pella brand window where the outside pane was broken. I had another local company come out to give me an estimate. That person was arrogant, rude, and made me feel as though it was an inconvenience for him to be there. I called Glass Guru after reading reviews on Yelp, and the reviews held true. They were amazing! Not only were they friendly, but the price was about 1/3 the cost of the other quote I had received. I will definitely call Glass Guru again for future needs, and would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
The entire experience, from calling to inquire, to ordering and installing was seamless. Communication all along was great. The guys that came to do the install were very kind and did an impeccable job. We are so pleased, and will Glass Guru services again, when needed.
