Went there a couple years ago with an issue with my gaming computer, they tried everything to figure out the problem, calling me occasionally to let me know what they were trying/thinking. They figured it out about a week later and we ordered a new part and they installed it for me.Now, I had a storage issue and they figured out the problem in one day and installed a new part for me. Amazing customer service, super helpful, smart and understanding people here. I would recommend Clicktek to anyone Especially if they aren't computer savvy like me. Can't say enough good things.
