My experience was terrible. The lady didn't let me soak at all before starting. She pumice stoned 2 swipes on heal & ball of foot. She didn't clip sides of toenails. I got gell and she touched my nails with the light several times, so now the polish is messed up, she missed 2nd coat of color on two of my toes, and some of the toenails are at an angle, not even cut straight. My lady was more worried about what everyone else was doing. My daughter & I sat down at the same time, my pedicure was complete 38 min before my daughter's. I will say the gentleman that did my daughter's pedi did a great job! (Shorter man black hair)

They're under new management/ownership and I had great service on my first visit. I'm diabetic and very picky about my feet.
Had a pedicure from Jim (formerly from Downtown Nails) and am pleased to have found him again. Best pedicure around IMHO.

Love love love. One ( I believe that’s her name) did my nails and not only did she take her time cleaning my cuticles, but she took her time shaping each nail as well as making sure the lines she drew matched. I highly recommend seeing her if your in town!
