I signed up for a tanning membership in January. I visited my dermatologist in February and they put me on a topical medication and told me that I could not continue to tan. I went into Moonlight and asked to cancel my membership. They assured me that they would take care of it. Several months later, I noticed that they were still continuing to charge my account. I went back in there and they said they would cancel it and reimburse me. That didn’t happen. I had to cancel my debit card and escalate it with my bank. This business has the worst customer service! I would not ever go to this place again to tan!

Went in to tan and the worker took over 20 minutes selling a gift card today. The person buying the gift card even told her that he was taking up way to much time. She proceeded to tell him that his money was more important to the business than my money was. So after hearing that the worker realized she messed up his transaction but couldn’t figure out what. So I asked if I could please just check in. She rudely said no she wouldn’t let me. So I said well you can cancel my account then. I won’t be giving money to a company who says my money isn’t as important to them as the next person. She refused to cancel my account.
