Shelly is fantastic! Electrolysis can be awkward and, generally, not always a lot of fun (let's be honest). She was entirely welcoming, warm, non-judgmental, and will put you at ease with whatever you need to have done with a smile, an understanding ear, and perhaps a laugh (we had many laughs!) She cares for every community out there that might need her services, whatever the reason, and treated me like darn near family.
