My daughter is a patient of Dr. Eid, during our last visit there was a miss charge on our bill, we spoke with April, she is very kind and understanding, upon confirming with billing office and the Doctor, she was able to get our bill corrected and the extra charge refunded. We really appreciate your help April and thank you Happy Kids!
I have been taking my kids here for a few years now. We used to go to Happy Kids but I was miserable there. The staff talked to me like I was a child and it annoyed me. I hate when people do baby talk. So I started looking for an alternative and I found Harbor Kids. So much better. The staff talks to all of us like actual people and listen. My kids have had teeth pulled, cavities filled and we're going to start braces soon. All have been great experiences. The staff always takes their time with my kids. We have always felt welcome.
My ONLY complaint is when my kid had a couple teeth pulled and she opted for the juice instead of the laughing gas.... read full review
My daughter has been coming to Harbor Kids Dental for a few years now. The staff are great and very knowledgeable. We are always greeted with smiles and everyone is very knowledgeable. TV's on the ceilings in every room, and probably all the streaming services for movies and shows, to keep your child calm and entertained during their visit. I highly recommend checking them out!
