Great customer service and amazing job on our carpets. We had 3 vacation rentals carpets and couches cleaned. The carpets came out brand new looking. One of them I thought for sure was done for, and we were ready to replace after attempting to shampoo. It came out looking great and will get us through several more years. All of the furniture looks refreshed. Will certainly use this family ran business again. Thanks for saving our floors.

I was lucky to google, find and Facebook message Hansen’s. The next day I take the slot of a cancellation and consequently receive another year or two on an 8 year old carpet. Ross was friendly, genuine and efficient. My carpet looks brand new. I absolutely recommend and will use again!
