Nick from Felton's came to check out a problem with my HVAC system. Geniunely good dude. He did a very good job at informing me of what the problem was and demonstrating how he was fixing it. He also didn't seem to mind my constant yapping. After I asked him a few questions, he also was able to advise me on some more long-term solutions to different problems that had been apparent in my system for years. I plan to act on several pieces of advice he gave me. Everything's working great now. Thanks Nick, and thanks Felton's.

We have had many interactions with Feltons for our business and their pricing has always been fair and their service impeccable. I recently had to purchase a part for my home heat pump and again Felton's provided amazing customer service that was quite impressive. I would encourage anyone that needs a heating and AC contractor to look first to Felton's.

I had Felton repair my AC. They showed within 15 minutes, fixed it and had me up and running not two hours after I called. The tech was very professional & explained the issue clearly. I really appreciate their punctuality & quick, efficient service. They really got me out of a bind as my house was nearing 90 degrees without my air conditioner. Thank you ?
