If you are looking for permanent makeup, this is the place to go! Desaree absolutely KILLED IT on my lips. I’ve never done any permanent makeup before, and she definitely has me hooked. Not only is her work amazing, but it was such a great experience. She is such a wonderful person, and the process was so quick and painless! 10/10 recommend. If you are skeptical about getting your lips or brows done, just do it! And definitely go see Desaree at Halo!
