The guys that delivered were very hard working, especially do to some circumstances that came up making it difficult to deliver the new fridge. However their boss along with them did not give up. Very much appreciated! Thank you!!!
Bought a used Washer/Dryer set on a Saturday, had it delivered and installed on the following Tuesday, the installation was done in under an hour. Anybody saying bad things about Cole’s is doing so because of their own errors and blaming Cole’s for their own issues.
My dryer belt broke on a Saturday night and none of the open stores in town had the part in stock or they don't carry parts. I had located the part on Amazon and ordered it to arrive the following Monday but when Monday came the part was delayed and I needed my dryer working that day.
I called Cole's and found their customer service to be great and that they had the dryer belt I needed in stock for the same price as I had seen from many other suppliers online before shipping costs except they had the genuine GE part, not a knockoff brand part. Within an hour of calling them I had my dryer back together and working like new again.
