Making the appointment online was easy, filling out the paperwork once there was easy, and the shop was very clean. Brian was friendly and knowledgeable and didn't talk down to my daughter like some adults tend to do with kids. I got my bellybutton pierced for the fourth time by artist, Brian. He’s extremely professional, and his knowledge is very vast very good bedside manner. I recently went back to get both my nipples pierced, and I had a great experience. I had a great experience here. all of the information that they give you with what to expect, after care and all of the variables shows that they really really care. The ladies At the front counter are so friendly and Welcoming they help you pick out your jewelry. Then at the end of your appointment, they give you your care package and send you on your way.
