We signed up for a service on our ductless heating/cooling unit at Home Depot. Joe came out and was awesome! He cleaned everything spotless. He sold us on a service plan with his knowledge of our system and outstanding customer service. His boss, Ken was helpful and awesome as well. Our heating/cooling unit is one of the best investments we've made in our home, but it's getting older, so we know it's critical to maintain and keep healthy. I almost forgot about signing up for the service because we needed a Saturday summer service, so it was booked out a few months, but I'm so glad we kept the appointment and got it done!

He was on time. He was thorough in his work and effectively communicated his findings. He made some suggestions for upgrading the system. They were good ideas but just not in the budget.

Bought a new house with a 30-year old gas furnace. Replaced with a heat pump and it was installed only 2 days after we purchased the system. David and Jacob were great. Very professional, finished earlier than quoted, and left things cleaner than they arrived!
