I'm giving them 4 stars because there were some issues I wanted clarification on and never felt I received. Hired Beach Bear to work on a house I have on the LB Peninsula. I thought I asked all the right questions, but everything is still unclear to me: Is Cole the owner or the manager? Is the job (roof) and (gutter) going to be subbed out to another company, or does Cole and a crew do the work? Is the sub who shows up to the job site licensed, bonded and insured? Yes, I know the contract states that Beach Bear is the General Contractor, but are the subs licensed. Sharon and Cole are quite literally a God send! They have helped me with every step along the way to digitally market, rent, maintain, and communicate with guests at my vacation rental. I can rest easily knowing that whatever comes up, that my vacation rental management team will respond and address any issue immediately!
