Staff were accommodating, helpful, and friendly. They even encouraged us to sit in the Cybertruck while we were waiting for paperwork and when I wanted to make changes to my order they were able to do so and were easier to get ahold of via phone than other locations in WA state. This has been the easier car buying experience I’ve ver had; I will never go back to a traditional car dealership again. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommend the Liberty Lake Tesla center location!

Wonderful experience all around, their friendly staff went out of their way to take care of my service request even though I showed up a day early! They were patient and understanding, and completed the repair in under an hour! I know I'll receive great care the next time I return as well.
