Extremely overpriced, often the cost to clean costs as much or more than the item? When pointed out to the employee she just states she works there and her boss sets pricing, which I am sure is accurate. She follows owners lead which is not customer service or price value oriented.

There are issues with this location and with the actual Spokane plant. LL location is not maintaining regular hours. Over the past year it is often closed completely or closes early without warning, sometimes for several consecutive days making pickup impossible. After a recent stretch of being closed several days in a row when I did pick up my cashmere they all smelled funny chemical stale smell, not just dry cleaning fluid but worse and felt not the usual softness , didn't air out after a few days so had to go elsewhere to have them cleaned. $40 down Scollard drain. This review is for the seamstress! She has mended 2 pairs of jeans, a boat cover, a Bimini top for our boat and 3 dresses! I will start with the bot cover; our boat cover ripped and I could not find anyone who was able to repair it except the seamstress at Scollards! Not only did she save us $800 but she did a fabulous job! I couldn’t find any evidence it had ever been ripped! Then the Bimini top ripped, I took it in and got it back and not only did she find the exact color of the top to patch it but, of course did a fantastic job! I did not think it was repairable!
