Where is my 5-star review on MultiCare indigo Urgent Care at Liberty Lake? I posted it last month. You posted my second Indigo Urgent Care review dated June 2nd 2024. There was a challenge and management reached out to me immediately to review the negative issue. They have restored my faith in their desire to investigate my issue. I am looking forward to a positive outcome. It seems that there was a misunderstanding in communication. Perhaps I missed the 5-star post because I didn't know where to look for it. My 2 year is terrified of the doctor after a previous bad hospital experience. Every single person here today was incredibly kind, patient and accommodating of a scared toddler. She left saying "not that bad" and excited to tell dad about it. Very grateful.
I had to bring my son in after he got his hand squished helping out in the garage. I was able to book an appointment within 20 minutes. We were immediately taking back by Charles who was extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable and friendly. He was also the xray tech and he made my son feel confident enough that he didn’t need me to go to xray with him. Dr came in with results within 10 minutes and we were bandaged and good to go . Our entire visit was what seemed like less than an hour . Very satisfied and happy with our visit.
