“Jennifer the estimator was great to work with in meeting with us and explaining the process of how they install the coating, the cost and time to install. Which was right on target when completed! The schedule she gave us is exactly how it happened. Rikki called us well in advance and gave us the schedule with the installers (Sam & Landon) that would be working on our project. Sam and Landon called on the morning of the install and said they would be there within 30 minutes and they were. They did a fantastic job on our front porch. There communications are very well informative and detailed. I was very comfortable with how they explained all the details and performed when they were installing the product. Very professional. They called with an estimated time, showed up when they said they would and worked efficiently, left the area clean and looking fantastic. “I recently had granite countertops installed in my kitchen and worked with Tim throughout the process. From start to finish, everything was extremely professional. The installer was friendly, detail-oriented, and even took the time to explain how to properly clean and maintain the granite.

I usually do all of my own work—this kitchen remodel was completely DIY, from new cabinets to backsplash and everything in between—but I decided to splurge and have Northwest Trends handle the granite instead of going with a cheaper option. I’m so glad I did. The look and finish are absolutely stunning, and the craftsmanship is flawless. You can see in my photos that I’m still finishing up trim and final touches, but the countertops truly steal the show.

Their showroom is incredible. We brought in a backsplash tile and a sample of our cabinet wood, and they took the extra time to show us different granite options and price ranges. When we found one we liked, they even let us take a sample home for the weekend to see how it looked in different lighting—a small gesture that made a big difference.

Once we called to schedule the measurements, they came out quickly, and the fabrication and installation were finished even sooner than expected. I’m pretty picky about details (especially things like sink alignment), but they nailed it—it’s perfectly centered.

Granite might cost a bit more than laminate or other materials, but it’s 100% worth it. And even with the higher-end stone, Northwest Trends’ pricing with installation was better than anywhere else I checked. Combine that with their professionalism and service, and you really can’t do better.
