I have been going to Alpine Hot Yoga for years and am always so excited on days I have the space to flow at the studio. The offerings from each teacher are unique and special and it keeps my practice fresh and evolutionary. I appreciate that many different types of yoga are shared from slow relaxing classes to hot power. The owner and teachers put so much love and care into creating an amazing community for whom I am so grateful. Thank you for all that you bring to our little town! ?❤️

I was visiting town and took a drop in Hatha 26 class with Mary and it was so awesome! I got a quick email back answering my questions about what to expect and how to prepare for a hot yoga class (I’d never done one) - and then Mary’s actual instruction was awesome. So clear and specific with cues and adjustments. The instructor and owner included me in some post class conversation about local running trails and places to camp. Overall, a very professional, positive, and memorable experience. Would definitely return here and suggest drop ins for other folks passing through town.

Great hometown vibe & intimate studio! I wasn't in to hot yoga but I love a regular practice. After going here I am now a fan. My favorite teacher is Troy with low morning lights, his inspirational guidance, and motivating students to push the practice if they'd like. With a cute boutique and kombucha on tap this place is a must visit. I'll definitely be back!
