Gail and Bruce are awesome. They knew exactly what the problem was and had it fixed in no time. Will definitely come to them for any computer problems in the future. Absolutely reliable and prices are fair.

They are amazing - not only are they fair they give out TONS of free advice and information. We are so lucky to have them on the Island. I would never go anywhere else for computer repair or advice. They run their business the old fashioned way with TRUST and being HONEST. I would give them a 10 star rating.

Recently moved to Whidbey from Redmond. My IT Dept was my son-in-law. Who is not that close by anymore. I was given Bruce & Gail's # from a good friend. They have proven to be a valuable resource for information and repair of my Mac. They are awesome to work with and explain things that I can understand. They were also able to save my Data off my computer and download it to the new Hard Drive that was installed. Highly recommend them!
