Terminix provides my home protection from pests and are on call if I see any in the home. We have no issues with ants or other bugs. They communicate before coming and when service is complete. The local technician is responsive and friendly. I cannot recommend Terminix enough.
I had just come home from the hospital with a 3 day old baby and found ants swarming my kitchen sink and surrounding counters. It didn't matter that these were harmless ants just trying to get out of the rain. I need them gone. I was in full panic mode, ants were coming for my 3 day old baby! Terminix's Customer Service Agent immediately understood the urgency of the situation. She had me stay on the line as she reached out to the Regional Manager. At one point the call dropped, but I received a call back within 3 minutes. 15 minutes later, I had was on the schedule. Max come out the next morning, placed bait down and treated the outside. Always please with Terminix's responsiveness when we identify a new or recurring bug/pest issue and they are pretty good with eliminating them. They also are candid with keeping our expectations realistic.
