We bought an almost new home after retired and almost instantly realized we had some mice (or worse) in our home. We randomly picked Pirate Pest Control and Marty came out right away even though we are an hour at least from where he is located. He examined the house and surrounding's, set traps and sprayed under the house at entry points. Within a few days we had trapped the mice and one rat, yuck! But we've had no issues, zero, with mice or rodents since, and we live on the edge of a forest so I know there are all sorts of invaders out there!! Marty, was recommended by a co-worker I was having big issues with RATS which i never experienced in 18 years of owning my home . I had went through $100.00 worth of poison from the feed stores had 4 different large rat traps, patched 8 holes and wasn't sure what else I could do. I called Pirate Pest Control and meet one of the most intelligence, well knowledge professionals in this field and thank god I did . Marty is a straight-up guy. Reasonable and informative, he likes what he does and doesn't try to gouge you. He walked us around the perimeter of our house and showed us how to identify possible entry spots for pests. We also learned a lot about gopher control. I highly recommend him.
