“We had a water leak from heavy rains coming through the ceiling exhaust fan in our master bathroom. We contacted the same company that replaced the roof 15 years ago. Called and left a voice mail at 8:05 am on Monday. Joshua (not sure of the spelling) called me at 8:30 am and was at our home at 10:45 am. He replaced the vent cover that was damaged in less than 30 minutes and inspected the other vents that were all good. I will always use Pritchetts Roofing if needed. Tony their estimator did a very thorough job inspecting my home for any type of ventilation or leak issues. I was given options as to the type of roof, original or upgrade to GAF Ridge Vent system. From there the delivery of roofing materials was timely and roofing started immediately thereafter. The job site PM Damon kept things moving, prevented delays, and kept me updated.
