Dennis and his crew are great people. Always able to get stuff to me at a decent timely fashion and has used parts in his 2nd half of the store if you are working with obsolete equipment. That needs a part. Chances are if they don't have it they can get it. They've always met my electrical supply needs including some lighting equipment and obsolete Replacement lamps.
The staff knows their stuff, and they have lots of hard to find items in stock. The motherload for the sparky that repairs, retrofits, and reuses existing items.Update 2022, they're still there and they're still your go-to spot for hard to find electrical parts.
I called Ranier when I had an emergency electric problem inside my home and needed someone to come out to fix the issue ASAP. Brett made time to stop by within the next few hours and had the problem completely solved in about 30 minutes. I was very concerned the electric problem could have caused a fire in my home and really appreciated how quickly Brett was able to come by and fix the problem.
