rainier helped me find an obsolete breaker, it didnt work when installed so they found a replacement and allowed a direct swap at no cost. I didnt have a receipt but did it anyway. they stand behind there sale.
Dennis and his crew are great people. Always able to get stuff to me at a decent timely fashion and has used parts in his 2nd half of the store if you are working with obsolete equipment. That needs a part. Chances are if they don't have it they can get it. They've always met my electrical supply needs including some lighting equipment and obsolete Replacement lamps.
