Disappointing Experience with Unprofessional Service
I recently had a very troubling experience with James Marszalek owner of Operation Red Dot that I feel compelled to share. After noticing water leaking from my ceiling, I promptly requested maintenance to inspect the issue. Instead of addressing my concerns in a professional manner, the response I received was both dismissive and alarming.

Very rude. Lied about me getting a lease if I did a double deposit. Then turned around and called me crazy because I had all the move in costs but couldn’t ever get a hold of a live person but every so often. They never answer the phones they only text. James the owner was very rude. Then turned around and said it was our credit even after they said I have a few days to accept the lease. This is the worst place to hire. Do not go through them. They are very unprofessional

Unprofessional and Lack of Communication. I understand you sold the property we live at but you left us with no power in our laundry room and gave us the run around when asked for a timetable when it would be fixed. Then sent a email out saying you no longer manage our unit while going 2 weeks without power in our laundry room.
