They both answered my questions thoroughly, very kind, patient, and explained every exercise in depth. I have been challenged, but also met where I’m at in regard to my injury, and I have made progress I didn’t think was possible. This is my first physical therapy experience, and it has truly been a pleasure to work with Carsten and Elijah. If I ever need PT in the future, I would definitely go back.“

They taught me real at home easy exercises to do with no purchase of exercise equipment. I have not been in over one year now because I don't feel the need to and any time I feel any tightness I remember the stretches they taught me, I do them and move on with my day . THANK YOU!!! “I greatly appreciate Epic Physical Therapy's front desk for responding quickly and attentively to my emails.<br><br>Through the emails, I was able to check and verify my mother's insurance plan coverage, get a Korean interpreter, and once again appreciate how they met my specific request by providing a list of available dates for my mother's first appointment (03/08/2024 at 2:45 pm).<br><br>My mother's first session went well; she was able to have an initial evaluation as well as begin moving her left arm since her vehicle accident (1/17/2024), and she was able to book the necessary follow-up appointments owing to the kind and lively front desk and clinic staff~!“
