I enjoyed my 1st infrared sauna experience today and got an awesome massage afterwards. The sauna is mild temperatures and seems new. Cool technology with the infrared lighting and different type of heating. My massage was top knotch. She went above and beyond. . . Great deal on Groupon led me here. Will be back again. Hidden gem

I went to Mountain View initially to use the infrared sauna after reading about all the benefits it can provide. This place had the best price that I could find in the area (not many places offer this service as well). Hours are convenient as well. After my first experience in the sauna, I booked another session + a 30 min relaxation massage. Kristin was very friendly and was a good guide throughout the appointment which was helpful for someone new to this. The massage was amazing and felt like 45 min long. I am looking forward to my next appointment!

Amazing massage therapist!!! My body was so dysfunctional before I was so fortunate to be introduced to her by a friend. I am indebted to her for restoring my mobility after many years of wear and tear from a 20 year career in critical care nursing.Excellent, excellent, excellent care of her clients.
