Tom was excellent! We're first time home buyers with no idea what to look for and Tom was extremely thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. He shared a 40 page report with us the next day, including photos and explaining any findings and also providing summary of things to look out for, and what serviceable items we should stay on top of. Even showed me how to open a sink drain to unclog it myself when he noticed I had long hair :) definitely recommend! Thank you Tom!

This guy is the real deal. Some sleazy roofer almost talked me into thinking I needed a new roof. I called Todd and he did a thorough inspection of both my attic and roof and assured me I’m nowhere near needing a new roof.
