Connie is the absolute BEST. I needed a haircut and wanted to make a dramatic change to my very straight, flat, Asian hair (a digital perm, GAH!). Found her online and can honestly say this is the best experience I've ever had with a new stylist. Connie could practically finish my sentences and seemed to know exactly what I wanted without me having to explain much. I showed her some pictures of what I had in mind and she was honest about my expectations versus reality. She talked me through the process of getting a digital perm, explained everything she was doing as she was doing it, was very patient with my hundreds of questions. I could not have asked for a better experience. Three hours later, I walked out with exactly what I wanted: loose and natural-looking waves, volume, and someone I trust 100% with my hair. I literally wake up every morning looking as if I just styled my hair with a curling wand. Absolutely effortless. I'm SO happy! I have side-swept bangs, and they did get a little wonky with the perm. But it was no problem - I just came back a week later, and Connie worked her magic in like 30 seconds, cutting my bangs exactly the way I didn't even know I wanted them, and now they're perfect. My only wish is that I'd found Connie sooner. She is so warm and sweet, extremely professional and knowledgeable. She is now my go-to for all things hair. I recommended Connie to my friend whose college-age son wanted a perm and he apparently loves his too.
