“First and foremost, Jeni is the most helpful business coordinator / front desk person I've dealt with in any dental office. She's so funny, super helpful and handles all insurance issues and or questions. The best part is I don't have to call because she emails back super quick and is always able to get me in in the time of need. Once you get to know her she's quite the jokester, she makes the first interaction flawless and welcoming.

Second, Juli (hope I spelt that correct) just adds to the mix and makes being in the dentist care relaxing and enjoyable... just ask her about her dogs and she has some great stories. She's is always full of smiles and is super pleasant to be around. This is the first dental office where just about every part of the staff is smiling and seemingly in a good mood proving they like working there. That says a lot these days.

Third, I HATE having my teeth cleaned but Linda made it seem less icky w her skills. She too has some pretty good jokes and is good conversation (when she's not in your mouth) request her she's great!

And lastly but most importantly, Dr. Micheal Stevens is the best dentist I've ever had in my 40 years of life. He likes to joke but also wants to make sure you are comfortable every step of the way while you are in his care and explains it all before it's done. I've had a lot of work done here but had a slight hiccup with the implant (not a fault of his but of my own body) and he was so caring and compassionate. Anytime I needed to be seen for this they got w right in. I came in literally crying from the pain and by the time I left though I was still uncomfortable was smiling when I left and felt heard and cared for. Nothing some numbing can't fix even short term. The care I got all around for that was a blessing and I couldn't be more grateful for all his staff to listen, be empathetic and then put their skills into action. Fast forward, my implant is great and I was blown away when it was it in cause there were no adjustment that needed to be made!!!!

Highly recommend, I have had a few friends come in and have the same great care. You won't be disappointed.

But if I am going to adult up and go anyway, I want to feel confident in the care I will get and the quality of the.work so I don't have to go back sooner than absolutely necessary. I thoroughly appreciate the staff at Light Dental in Lakewood and feel I can trust them in their skill level and genuine care for my comfort. I have tried other places (convenience of location) and decided I will be coming here for as long as I have teeth.“
