Such a positive experience for my nervous dog. From the reception to the Doctor to the techs who trimmed his nails! Everyone is so nice there and really seem to have the pet's best interests in mind. Very excited to be new clients here! Grateful for them
I was impressed that I could schedule an appointment for the next morning when I called in the afternoon. The staff at Chambers Creek were very friendly, from the front desk to the technicians who handled our senior cat over the course of the visit. Dr. Carly Erickson was very thorough in explaining what she found during the visit and in the follow-up email after the lab results were in. The facility of very open and inviting. My cat actually explored the room we were in while waiting for Dr. Erickson and seemed at ease. We waiting no more than 5 minutes for anyone to come in and explain what was next during her wellness exam.
I have been a customer w/ 3 dogs assigned to the care of this facility & I really appreciate the care, compassion & willingness to answer any and all my questions. When I had a dog who sadly had full blown heart failure it was this clinic that held my hand & his paw ….. I am very pleased to have this clinic care for my 3yr old & wholeheartedly appreciate Dr Michael Houfek & Dr Carly Erickson they and all the front office are wonderful!
