“Super nice technician, very friendly. My nails looked fabulous with not a single blemish or mistake. She did a better job on my pedicure than I’ve had at any salon in marysville or Lynnwood/north Seattle area. She is the only tech working here so I would advise calling ahead (though she fit me in same day no issue). I got a gel polish mani/pedi so it’s pretty simple stuff and not very fancy compared to what some people are looking for in a salon but again, best I’ve had in the area.Services: Pedicure“

“When walking by (after hours) I saw a sign on the door in big bright white lettering that says “we welcome walk-ins”. I called to make an appointment or ask how realistic it is to be seen as a walk-in, but no one to answer the phone during business hour’s. I stopped by & door was locked. Lady came to the door to see what I wanted & replied to my response with “we don’t do walk-in’s” I never post negative reviews, but this is just bad customer service.

Update 8/12/2024 - through friend who is another customer I had been told that the owner positively responded to my experience. I can already tell this place will be a 5 star experience when the owner personally reaches out. I’m sorry I didn’t see the response sooner! The owner told my mutual friend she would totally take care of me and it was a former employee who had treated me this way. This is such a positive response that I felt the need to change my rating! So excited to get my haircut here in the future!“

“I visited KT Nail Spa around three weeks ago (or more?) for the first time, and look forward to returning soon (hopefully tomorrow) for more five star service! I walked in without an appt and only a little while before their closing time, to find a full shop of happy people chatting and laughing. I was welcomed in and no one mentioned my timing, even though it meant staying late to finish my nails. Katie did not make me feel rushed and did an excellent job, pleasantly talking to me, and other regular customers who she knew by name, displaying to me that her clients are happy to return over and over for the wonderful treatment they receive there.
