I went to VIP Nails in Lake Stevens today for the very first time, and it was wonderful. Such a relaxing experience. Hoa was professional, as well as very sweet. I am definitely going back.
Had an appointment at 2:30 for a full set and pedicure. The team present was short staffed so services were taking a little longer then normal. The whole appointment took 2.5 hours because they had 2 full sets, 3 fills, and 6 pedicures with a team of 3 people working. I love my nails and they are very close to the photo I asked for but as you can see my skin got wrecked due to the rush and my full set did not get any cuticle prep before the tips and acrylic were applied. The cuts are from the drill bit cleaning the edges of the acrylic.
I would rather be asked to come back at a later time if they were too busy. Biggest thing is just time management for walk ins... read full review
They have been THE ONLY place I've gone to for 17 years. They were super accommodating when my boys were super little & had to go with me a few times. They allowed my boys to be in control of the TV remote, gave them magazines, etc. Everyone is SO friendly. I feel like I get the royal treatment every time I go. I truly feel like family when I walk thru their door. And they're the best at bedazzling my toes & a French Tip. I 100% Highly recommend. ?Services: Nail designs
