At this time we are only accepting HMA, HSA or FSA. We are located just off of Highway 9. If you are coming from Everett or Monroe exit onto 9 and go North towards Lake Stevens, we are in a convenient, easy to access spot next to Kids N Us and across the way from the Vault!
