My 6 year old son has been training for 2 months now and he's learning and growing a lot. Casey Mill is very kind but firm with the kids. Great place to learn! Instructors Abby and Mathew are great and very patient with the kids.

Highly technical Okinawan karate instruction (mostly shito-ryu style and very applied), plus sport karate (kumite sparring), and weapons training, with a good mix of kids and adult students, taught by humble champions who are warm and encouraging and quick to smile, while correcting you on every single little freaking detail.
